ODM Manufacturing

Triera Brass International has year of experience in providing ODM manufacturing services to meet the quality, quantity and cost objectives of your products. We provide one stop solution for brass industrial components from the beginning of the product concept, design, development, testing and shipping.

Our ODM Manufacturing service also includes custom packaging and branding of your products in a unique way through printing, hot-stamp labelling and custom colors on Parts, Polythene and Boxes as per customer requirements.

Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)

For customers having annual orders we do offer VMI Services. This helps us to manage our production cycle more effectively and efficiently.

Customers also can avail many benefits like continues supplies of inventory, less lead times, bulk purchase discounts etc.

Packaging

For increasing safety and maintaining quality during shipping our products to overseas clients we do maintain extra care in terms of packaging.

Outer Box: Strong sea worthy corrugated cartons. Laminated with tar Laminated with tar coated Hessian cloth. Properly marked the destination, lot size and number of individual carton.

Inner Packing: Packed in cardboard boxes with description of Item code, Size and Quantity on each box. Boxes further packed in big plastic poly bags making the cargo water proof.

Door delivery

We do offer door delivery services as per our customer's requirement and convenience. This is depended on mutual agreement at the time of order confirmation.
